Is listing my property free?

Basic listings are free. We offer Featured and Verified listing upgrades for greater visibility and trust signals.

How do I contact a property owner?

Click the "Contact Owner" or "Message" button on any listing page. You can also request a viewing directly on the listing.

What payment methods do you support?

We support M-Pesa, Stripe (card payments), and direct bank transfers for all platform transactions.

How does listing verification work?

Our team reviews submitted documents (e.g. title deed) to confirm the property exists and details match. Verified listings receive a badge.
